CEO, Inc. was founded in 1983. An early provider of doors, frames and hardware as a package, our company was a pioneer in the new era of the "virtual company." As offices in Pennsylvania and Maryland followed, CEO began distributing engineered, scheduled and packaged contracts for high-rise buildings for the explosive growth of the Baltimore/Washington Metro area.
Office buildings, hotels, hospitals, USPS general mail facilities, defense installations and mixed-use developments marked the company’s growth in the early years. CEO contracts included many Washington landmarks such as the Grand Hyatt, Ramada Renaissance Hotel, Redskins Stadium/FedEx Field, Georgetown University's Intercultural Center and Phase One of the Pentagon Renovations. In the late 1980's and early 1990's CEO expanded its reach into the Boston and Chicago markets. The Boston contracts included The Boston Convention Center, The John Joseph Moakley U.S. Courthouse, Logan Airport Hilton and The New England Patriot's Stadium/Gillette Stadium. Chicago projects included McCormick Place Hotel, the USPS General Mail Facility for the City of Chicago, 191 South Wacker Street and the Great Lakes Naval Air Station.

These include The Capitol Visitor's Center, Prettyman Federal Courthouse, The U.S. Coastguard Headquarters, BRAC Headquarters, Homeland Security Headquarters, Verizon Center, Washington Nationals Stadium, The National Geospatial Agency, City Center D.C., and The National Museum of African American History and Culture.
